How I Let Spirit Lead
Writing my book taught me something unexpected about spiritual guidance that creation doesn’t come through effort, but through surrender.
I learned a lot about giving over to the ways of the spirit path when writing a book.
I did not write this book alone. I don’t even know how I got started as writing a book is a huge endeavour and commitment. One that can’t be taken lightly.
Yet, the idea came to me and I became compelled to do it. That was the start of the prompts from my Spirit Guides, and how I learned that manifestation is a whole other thing than what people think.
I have no idea where all the information for the book came from. I am not even sure how I created the concept behind it, which is that the true path to evolution is through our full humanness, not by transcending it.
How Natural Manifestation Occurs
It started to dawn on me that this is how guidance happens from the beloved spirits around me. I become compelled to do something that I must do. I think so much about it that the creative unfolding of ideas is light speed.
I used to believe this was impulsiveness, but when I step back after the process has ended, I am always amazed by what I have created. Was this me?
Their guiding ways work in other areas of my life, too. When I converse with my Spirit Guides, sometimes my mind wanders and I see their ideas unfold in a way that is partly strategic, but mostly it’s a feeling - it’s like an emotional, visual journey.
When my mind used to wander, I would scold myself to come back to the present and clear my mind (as instructed by so many.) But, I now know that for me that is how they are sharing their guidance for something I would never have thought of.
This has become my experience with my Guides, and when I receive guided decisions, intentions, plans, or manifestation of something.
What Manifestation Feels Like
It involves letting go completely and feeling it, then going on a visual journey with them. At the same time, my intuition is wide open taking in all their messages that appear as tight concepts, which flood open into whole ideas.
It’s such a beautiful journey. I see it. I feel it.
There is no pushing, no chanting, no hard intentions, no desperation, no mental constructing. It’s all about falling into the vibrational flow. And it comes when I am ready, when I ask, and when I have a gut feeling that it’s time to shift my life a bit or share something new with the world.
I simply ask, tap into them and go on a visual journey, any time of the day or night.
The Sacred Guidance I Received
I LOVE their guidance - I learned how to connect with them about 4 years ago and they have not failed me. It’s been an expansive journey.
When writing my book over many weeks and months, I would rise in the wee hours of the morning, make myself a warm morning drink, and write. Moving music would be playing in my ears. I would shut off all other distractions and fall into the writing process.
I'd ask for guidance now and then. Together, this book was shaped as a message to deeply consider that I believe is missed by many.
We must awaken and nurture three powerful sides of ourselves: our spiritual & Divine connection; our human, ancestral & earthly experience, and; mastering of our energy structure.
This makes us whole. We are meant to transcend through our humanness, not instead of it. We must ground and embrace all levels of our humanness, while expanding our spiritual beingness as well as clear and empower our energy self.
It's a powerful step.
Warmly,
Kelly

This experience shaped my book, The Embodied Mystic, where I explore embodied spirituality, humanness, energy mastery, and becoming whole. You’re welcome to explore it if it feels aligned.
